- very open to our ideas and took time to understand what we wanted (we had weekly touchpoints which would do on for upto one and a half hours) - has good knowledge on how to get things done, what are the different ways things can be achieved - decor was beautifully executed per our requirements, except for small things here and there - chair for parents, round pillar's unavailability despite having asked for it earlier - good and timely communication
